Indanan South District continued the implementation of monthly DLF (District Learning Forum) among school administrators and teachers, sometimes. The DLF aims to provide educational inputs for the school heads and teachers. It was created and agreed upon by all school heads since 2013 based on the advice of former DepED-ARMM Secretary, Hon. Atty. Jamar M. Kulayan. The Secretary stressed that every district should have a monthly brainstorming among school officials for the improvement of school performance focused on the learning outcomes of the learners.
ISD conducted DLF last August, 2016 concentrating on K to 12 updates prescribed by the DepED Central Office. It lasted for one day. Facilitators were from school heads like Hja. Nalda J. Muksan, Principal of Langpas Elementary School, Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion ES, Andrada M. Asid, TIC of Panglima Indanan Central School, Masdida M. Sarabi, TIC of Timbangan Elementary School, Nur-aisha A. Gonzales, Principal of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School and the PSDS of ISD. Topics discussed were as follows:

- TOS
- Grading system
- Assessment
- Awarding and ranking of honors
- Classroom observation tools
- .Parent-Teacher Conference
- 1-Day Orientation on IPCR
- ISD-MOBE Education Fiesta
- SLAC
