Also discussed thoroughly in the 1-Day November DLF last November 29,
2017 was the 4-Day District Enhancement Seminar/Workshop Clinic and
Accreditation for Coaching and Officiating at Pasil Elementary School,
Pasil, Indanan, Sulu from December 18-21, 2017 with a theme: "PROMOTING
PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SHOOL SPORTS: EFFECTIVE COACHING AND
OFFICIATING". Training Matrix prepared by the Sulu Sports Association
(SSA) served as the reference of PSDS, school heads and other
participants in DLF. Tony K. Asanji, President of SSA delivered to ISD
Office the said matrix last November 28, 2017.
Committee identified were Committee on Finance, Committee on Programs,
Committee on Sound System, Committee on Registration and Committee on
Snacks & Foods. Every personnel, except utility workers should be in attendance in activity. ISD would give transportation allowance to 15 facilitators/lecturers at the amount of P 1, 000.00 plus 2 snacks and 1 lunch daily. Photocopying of handouts, printing of certificates, gasoline for the generator and other incidental expenses would be shouldered by the ISD. Thus, every personnel is charged P 260.00 plus P 200.00 registration fee for membership in SSA. As agreed, snacks and lunch of personnel are charged to their own schools.
In return, SSA would give individual ID and Certificate of Membership in SSA signifying that those trained personnel would be recognized to coach and officiate sports competition in Sulu Provincial Athletic Association Meet as need arises.
