By virtue of unnumbered Division Memorandum dated May 01, 2019, Mr. Faisal "Sir Fai" A. Kadil, Elementary School Head Teacher - III of Pasil Elementary School formally assumed office as District In-Charge of ISD (Indanan South District). Through the official endorsement of the outgoing Public School District Supervisor, his designation was signed by Ph.D. Hji. Kiram K. Irilis, newly-transferred Schools Division Superintendent of Sulu from Tawi-Tawi Division. In the absence of Supersam, Sir Fai had never been tired of taking charge Indanan South District provided official designation signed by Public School District Supervisor was made even in the later time. Refusal was empty from his mind no matter how busy he was with school programs, projects or any activities in Pasil Elementary School. Sir Fai left Pasil Elementary School to the newly-designated TIC (Teacher In-Charge), Mr. Naser L. Assil, former Indanan South District Property Custodian. Mr. Assil was a former class adviser in Kasambuhan Village Elementary School. In 2016, Supersam wanted to install Mr. Assil as TIC of Lugmah Primary School, but he refused the offer. He asked the willingness of Mr. Assil for TIC after both of them visited the officially-donated lot of Lugmah Primary School which is now in complete elementary status under the able leadership of TIC Alnasvier I. Abduljalil. |
Sir Fai had been the vice of Supersam in Pasil Elementary School when the ISD was turned-over to him by the retired Public School District Supervisor, Hji. Abdulgafor J. Madjaluddin on July 16, 2012. Before Pasil Elementary School, he had been the TIC of Dayuan Primary School which is now having elementary status headed by TIC Delda A. Jamiri. It was there in Pasil Elementary School where he was promoted to Elementary School Head Teacher - III during the reign of SDS Dr. Tim J. Undain-Sanchez who is now the stewardship of Basilan Division. He had been in Pasil Elementary School for about seven (7) years. Before he ran the ISD Office, he was also designated as DRRMC District Coordinator, one of the members of ISD Grievance Committee and member-secretariat of the IMSB (Indanan Municipal School Board). Supersam had full trust and confidence with Sir Fai for whatever matters concerning the school in particular and the Indanan South District as a whole. Most of the school administrators of ISD reused to be designated as Officer In-Charge in the absence of PSDS Samoore S. Ladjahali whenever there would be seminars that would need the presence of Supersam, but Sir Fai was always on-the-go OIC. Thus, Supersam strongly recommended Sir Fai to SDS Ph.D. Irilis for District In-Charge of ISD before he reported to MBHTE-BARMM Regional Office for temporary detail.  Sir Fai is now planning to complete his MAED started in Notre Dame of Jolo College. |
