School Heads Demonstrate Innovative Feedbacking

Most of the school heads of Indanan South District demonstrated innovative way of feedbacking during the conduct of 1-Day District Post Conference held at Timbangan Elementary School GEM Multi-Purpose, Timbangan, Indanan, Sulu last June 16, 2015. It was critically instituted in response to the findings discovered during the 1-Day District Team Visitation in the entire eleven elementary schools of ISD, Indanan, Sulu spearheaded by the District Commissioner, Dr. Alvarez A. Salaton, Principal - II with the assistance of the District In-Charge, Samoore S. Ladjahali, Principal - I last June 8, 2015.

One-day planning in the ISD Office, Km. 2 Kajatian, Indanan, Sulu drew out bloody discussions and perceptions from the different school administrators while the DIC emperically facilitated the diverse ideas and opinions shared by the school managers for the innovative strategy and preparation of the district post conference. They directly flashed their suggestions and approaches in the Powerpoint using the wall of the ISD Office as screen. Thus, they could clearly visualize its comparison and contrast to the feedbacking style introduced since two decades ago.

Actualization of the feedbacking sounded amazingly in the four corners of Timbangan Elementary School GEM Multi-Purpose. When the ISD Harmonics inserted after an overview spoken by the DIC, some students and teachers of Indanan National High School - Timbangan Annex located in the campus of elementary rushed hurriedly to the GEM Multi-Purpose. After Harmonics, feedbacking began. Out of eleven instructional leaders, only two of them were not in front of the PowerPoint presentation. The remaining nine school managers animated their findings, comments, recommendations and inputs in the projector. Two screens, projectors and two bulletin boards were in the session hall.

The district post conference had also inputs from the school leaders, DIC and District Commissioner. New grading system in K to 12 and New Class Record were presented by Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion Elementary School and Annex. LACs/SLACs was presented by Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher - III of Pasil Elementary School and Annexes.
