THURSDAY, JULY 29, 2016 - Follow-up monitoring on the proper organization of classes in Panglima Misuari Primary School was done by the PSDS in the company of Naser L. Assil, District Property Custodian. The monitoring team arrived at around lunch time. Thus, students were no longer around except the three teachers, Hja. Madelyn H. Abdurasad, Derhana S. Abduhari and Merhamar Ibbuhan. PSDS and Nas waited until 1:00 PM for the students to attend their respective classes.
The TIC, Nagdar U. Sasapan arrived the school a quarter before 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon from Pasil Elementary School where his better half is officially assigned as ALIVE teacher. Every lunch time, he turns on his motorcycle towards Pasil Elementary School, a kilometer away from his main campus. Accessibility to his annex, Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi Primary School is too easy for him everyday by using his motorcycle except in rainy season.
PSDS Moore began the dialogue with the TIC. First question focused on the perimeter of the school site. Sir Nagdar answered that he already consulted the Barangay Chairperson. A wide area for the school was pointed out. He also tried his best to talk with the Captain his intention to temporarily used the Barangay Health Center as his school office. Unfortunately, it would be repaired soon and operationalized in the interest of the residents of Barangay Panglima Misuari (formerly Sasak). The TIC further reported that the Chairperson would also be supportive in many programs and activities of Pangliima Misuari Primary School.
Sir Sam truly believed in the potentials of Sir Nagdar for accommodating those four grade levels despite the scarcity of the school building. This school year, the school has opened Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 classes. There is only one school building having one classroom. The school building catered Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 while the Kindergarten classes are conducted in the kitchen of neighboring house.
Sir Moore strongly suggested to Sir Nagdar to transfer the Kindergarten classes to the kitchen in so far as hafl-learning session was concerned. Grade 1 pupils should occupy the other side of the classroom in the actual school building where they would be there in the morning and in the afternoon. Derhana S. Abduhari is the Class Adviser of Grade 1. A clssroom should be partitioned into two. The other partition should be occupied by the combination grade level of Grade 2 and 3 handled by Hja. Madelyn H. Abdurasad. In conclusion, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 students should be in the proper classroom to spend their morning and afternoon classes. PSDS Moore also consulted the Class Adviser of Kindergarten, Merhamar Ibbuhan on the rearrangement of classes. He proudly saw Mehamar knodded for affirmation. Sir Nagdar expressed his thanks and compliment to Sir Moore for constatntly assisting him in the proper management of his schools.
