Regardless of wet condition, Sir Quiedong started the planning preparation for the EiE (Education in Emergency) Team visit to Mukammali and Langpas Elementary School tomorrow, January 4, 2018. The planning was officially attended by the Barangay Captain of Langpas,Indanan, Sulu, who appeared in the second picture apploaded below the first photo.
Present in the meeting were the complete number of teachers from
both Mukammali and Langpas Elementary Schools, PSDS Sam, Faisal A. Kadil, ISD
DRRMC Coordinator, Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion Elementary School, Cmdr.
H-man, ISD Liaison Officer, Faijal I. Andan, TIC of Sapie Primary School and
Tuan Amin Ajini, Barangay Captain of Langpas, Indanan, Sulu.

- Hire one tamaraw vehicle from Jolo to both schools
- Use motorcycles except Sir Quiedoong
- Conduct final ocular assessment with the company of both school teachers
- Leave ISD Office, the assembly area at 9:00 AM
- Bring pack lunch for the EiE Team
- Land first at Langpas Elementary School
- Conduct FGD, meeting, planning for the conduct of informal classes where both teachers and learners are safe as prescribed by the EiE
- Get assurance from parents how informal education services be provided for the school children
- Craft conflict emergency plan
- Approve the suggested schedule (Monday) for reporting of Mukammali Elementary School teachers
- Have 1-Day District Orientation Education Campaign on Friday, January 5, 2018
