Proudly Presenting 4 Designations Signed by Dr. John A. Magno

Dr. John A. Magno, DepED-ARMM Secretary signed 4 Designation Orders for, namely: 1, Faijal I. Andan, TIC of Sapah Malawm Elementary School and Sapie Primary School; 2. Nagdar U. Sasapan, TIC of Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi Elementary School and Panglima Misuari Primary School; 3. Delda J. Amdan, TIC of Dayuan Elementary School and Lugmah Primary School; and 4. Kauzar I. Jawang, TIC of Manilop Elementary School.

These four TIC's were installed last Summer 2016 before the Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Teachers scheduled last May 30, 2016. PSDS Moore wanted, if possible every school would have school head for supervisionwise. It was based on  his experience when Hji. Masihul S. Sajili, retired District In-Charge of ISD designated him TIC of Bunot Primary School, Lugmah Primary School and Mukammali Primary School. Nowadays, all the schools handled before by PSDS Moore have already elevated into complete elementary status except Lugmah Primary School. When he was designated Temporary District Caretaker in 2007, he installed Nalda J. Muksan as TIC of Sapah Malaw Primary School and Sapie Primary School; Melda I. Adug in Mukammali Primary School; Jurmainna H. Hunding in Bunot Primary School and Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudini in Palan Elementary School. The result was so commendable. They were the tools for the elevation of the schools into such improvement in both physical and academic aspects. Sapah Malawm was not elevated into complete elementary those days because Nalda J. Muksan was transferred to Langpas Elementary School; so; the school became annex again of Pasil Elementary School.

The four Teachers In-Charge was installed with conditions. For instance, Faijal I. Andan should handle the Kindergarten Class in Sapie Primary School, the furthest so far in southwestern part of Indanan South District; Nagdar U. Sasapan should bring Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi Primary School back to its original site, Karawan, Indanan, Sulu and handle ALIVE Classes there and in Panglima Misuari Primary School; Delda J. Amdan should open Kindergarten Class at Lugmah Primary School; and Kauzar I. Jawang should handle Grade 3 Class in Manilop Primary School.

Now, all the schools they have handled grow stronger than before. Collaborations among education stakeholders eventually developed. Barangay Karawan where Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi situated and Barangay Paligue where Sapie Primary School located were prone to massive conduct of military operation before. When the schools began to have school heads; however; abnormal peace and order situation in those areas reduced, alhamdulillah. Education is really light that make residents see to maximize their persons into full potentials.

Likewise, Dayuan Primary School was also prone to encounter between the government troops and the rebels. 3-day suspension of classes in most schools of Indanan South District occurred last year because of the encounter happened between PNP and ASG near the vicinity of Dayuan Primary School. Alhamdulillah this year, grade levels increased through the initiative of Delda J. Amdan.

Kauzar I. Jawang with the support of her teachers and parents was successful in the Kindergarten Classroom Construction which was highly financed by Asia America Initiative President, Prof. Albert M. Santoli.

Beginning this coming Early Registration Day 2017, four primary schools are expected to elevate into complete elementary status particularly the following schools:

1. Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi Primary School
2. Sapah Malawm Primary School
3. Manilop Primary School
4. Dayuan Primary School

PSDS Moore is so much grateful for the approval of DepED-ARMM Secretary, Dr. John A. Magno as manifested in the signing of these four Designation Orders for the above-mentioned Teachers In-Charge.
