As years went on, NQESH changed to PT (Principal's Test). Indanan South District applied again for the said exam in 2017. Two school heads enrolled until both took the exam. They were Josefina S. Ajijul, TIC of Panglima Mammah Elementary School and Andrada M. Asid, TIC of Panglima Indanan Central School.

JOSEFINA S. AJIJUL - Aside from TIC (Teacher In-Charge), she is actually occupying Master Teacher I position.
Last May 29, 2018, her name was posted Facebook as one of the three (3) passers throughout ARMM Region. Her name appeared in Facebook during the activity for ACETA (Assessment and Competency Examination for Teaching Applicants, Teaching Demo, PAT (Promotional Assessment Test) and Interview conducted by the RSPB (Regional Selection and Promotion Board) of the DepED-ARMM at Salwa Hotel, Camins Road, Zamboanga City. She is also one of the applicants for promotion from TIC or Master Teacher I to Principal I. Unfortunately, her name failed to emerge in the list. She had no longer intention to come although walk-in process would also entertain applicants disappeared from the list. Because of her success in PT, she renewed her decision to appear before the RSPB for walk-in and the board finally accepted her.
