On May 21, 2019, the President and General Manager of the GSIS, Gracita Gilda V. Bocanegra signed Memorandum Circular No. 008 series of 2019.
Effective July, 2019, all remitting agencies are no longer required to submit printed copies of remittance list. Instead, GSIS has built eBCS (Electronic Billing and Collection System) for the remiting agencies upload and download their Electronic Remittance Files and Electronic Billing Files.
