Status of 7-Classroom BEFF School Building Construction in Kasambuhan Village ES

Kasambuhan Village Elementary School is a recipient of 7-classroom school building construction under the finance of Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) in partnership with DepED-ARMM under the able leadership of Dr. John A. Magno, DepED-ARMM Secretary. 3 photos of the school building construction captured by PSDS Sam during his round-visit monitoring on the conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2016 last June 2, 2016. It was so timely to have pictures and monitoring because Pagal A. Asdi, Division Physical Facilities Support Staff had just informed the 2 district heads that construction meeting would be conducted in the afternoon of June 3, 2016 at around 5:00 PM right after his homecoming from Maimbung District.

As usual, the construction meeting was attended by the school head recipients of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, Bunot Elementary School headed by Head Teacher III, Jurmainna H. Hunding, Timbangan Elementary School, Masdida M. Sarabi, TIC, Pagal A. Asdi, ISD PSDS, IND DIC and TIC of Sapah Malawm Primary School and Sapie Primary School, Faijal I. Andan. Melda I. Adug, Head Teacher III of Mukammali Elementary School whose turn-over of her newly-completed 4-classroom school building was already done was not around due to her upleasant feeling as she texted the PSDS. Nur-aisha A. Gonzales, Principal I of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School was on leave of absence due to the 'turul tayma' of her daughter at Zamboanga City. She was represented by her School Caretaker, Satra A. Mohammad escorted by her PTA officer.



Pagal A. Asdi presided the construction meeting. He just got some updates of the school building construction from the recipient school heads who were present. Of all the recipients, Kasambuhan Village Elementary School was left behind in terms of construction. There were 3 units composed of 3 classrooms, 1 classroom and the other 3 classrooms. Out of 7 classrooms, none is completely constructed. Mr. Asdi told the representatives of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School that the contructor could not be blamed because the funds released to them was also delayed.
