Personnel of the DepED or Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao is officially recorded in GSIS, Pag-IBIG and MBHTE. Financially, teachers and personnel are mandatorily deducted monthly by GSIS and Pag-IBIG as endorsed by MBHTE even though the personnel are not granted loan yet because their automatic membership is compulsory. This compulsion is very much appreciated in so far as savings and investments are concerned. It is one of the reasons why education personnel are entitled to claim many benefits before and upon their retirement from the service.
For honesty and transparency, the three agencies mentioned above created websites and even social media to that serve as the venue whenever members would like to know more about their records, benefits, programs and services offered. However, online access of these three offices differs from one another in terms of members' access for their records, queries and many other issues and concerns that need to be addressed by those entities.
For instance in terms of Facebook page buttons, MBHTE uses 'Call Now', 'Learn More' and 'Send Message' for Pag-IBIG and GSIS shows 'Sign Up' and 'Send Message'. If you click 'Call Now' in MBHTE, you will see the telephone number. I have not experienced it if who will respond if we call. If you click 'Learn More' in Pag-IBIG, you will be redirected to HTTP Error 404: Page Not Found We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist. If you click 'Send Message', you have the chance to chat with Pag-IBIG and instant automated response is expected. If you click 'Sign Up' in GSIS, wow, you will see eGSISMO website. That's a beautiful site wherein every registered member may view many things about his/her records, benefits and others. GSIS has issued members with UMID powered by Union Bank of the Philippines. UnionBank has mobile app. If members are registered, they are able to view their balance, benefits and others in connection with their UMID.
Pag-IBIG has issued Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus powered by AUB (Asia United Bank). Mobile app, Hello Pag-IBIG enable Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus holder view his/her online balance and other services if the members are registered. AUB has also mobile app. If the members are registered, they are able to view their balance, benefits and others via their Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus.
Previously, ARMM issued regional ID to all teachers and personnel. Most of the transactions in the ORG could hardly be done unless teachers or personnel would present their regional ID.
