Sasapan as District Testing Coordinator (DTC). The monitoring team started with further testing center and ended in the furthest testing school center. Dayuan Primary School was not monitored because the exam was rescheduled to the next day, July 14, 2016 due to shortage of test materials. Division Testing Coordinator advised Delda J. Amdan, TIC of Dayuan Primary School to receive the test paraphernalia when the 11 elementary schools would be done with the exam on July 13, 2016. Hence, the monitoring team was no longer in action in the next day.

During the conduct of NAT for Grades 4, the monitoring team found out three elementary schools with continuing conduct of classes except in the rooms utilized for the test and the classrooms of those assigned as Room Examiners in their neighboring schools. These three schools were Pasil Elementary School, Langpas Elementry School and Mukammali Elementary School. The monitoring team was so strict to ensure the integrity of the exam. Every testing center they reached was taken with pictures from the windows of the classrooms where Grades 4 Examinees and Room Examiners focused on the test.
