Anariza J. Hussam, Grade 6 Adviser of Panglima Indanan Central School received 2 Certificate of Appreciations last September 15, 2017 certifying her as the legitimate Grand Finalist in the Indanan South District Search for Most Outstanding Teacher 2017. One certificate was given the Indanan Municipal School Board and the other was issued by District Classroom Teachers Association led by the President, Sir Alnasvier "Nash" I. Abduljalil, Teacher I of Bunot Elementary School.
PSDS Sam or Moore planned with the officers of the District Classroom Teachers Association to tackle the affair a year-to-year Teachers' Month in every school, the district celebration for World Teachers' Day Culmination and the district search for most outstanding teacher. As agreed, the district should form a committee for District Search for Most Outstanding Teacher. All those determined outstanding teachers since 2012 should compose the Committee on District Search, namely: 1. Masdida M. Sarabi; 2. Josefina S. Ajijul; 3. Andrada M. Asid; and 4. Delda J. Amdan. PSDS and the President with all the recommendations of the school heads unanimously agreed for the chairmanship of Masdida M. Sarabi, the 2nd Runner Up in the Division Search for Most Outstanding Teachers 2012. The criteria adopted are patterned after division level, Documentations (40%), Written Exam (20%), Panel Interview (20%) and Demo Teaching (20%).
In the issuance of Certificate of Appreciation to the Grand Finalist, 1 certificate is signed by the Chairman of District Committee on Search and the President of the District Classroom Teachers Association while the other certificate shall be given by the Indanan Municipal School Board signed by the PSDS and the Municipal Mayor. Thus, Mrs. Hussam received 2 certificates last September 15 after the 2-Day Conduct of ISD Search for Most Outstanding Teachers 2017 in the ISD Office from September 13-14, 2017.
