CTA Federation Officers: Basta marayaw in pamarinta

Basta marayaw in pamarinta (Provided the governance is good) were uttered by the CTA Federation Officers in the midst of their discussions while planning for their second tangible project as reported to PSDS Moore by the President, Alnasvier I. Abduljalil. Those words came out when the PSDS asked the President how his members' willingness to put up the project.
They met last November 10, 2016 taking up the suggestion of PSDS Moore that ISD personnel should voluntarily donate some amount for the tiling of the garage in front of the ISD Office, Km. 2, Kajatian, Indanan, Sulu. Everyone accepted the deal that labor and other construction materials would be shouldered by PSDS except the 235 pieces of 40 x 40 Barbossa tiles.

PSDS Moore is so sure that the leadership of the CTA Federation President won the love and empathy of the ISD personnel manifested in their two tangible projects within November and December, 2016. Though he is younger in terms of age, length of service in DepED, the CTA members of the federation always show cooperation and respect to him. It is truly believable that good governance has a great influence among followers for the realization of goals of the organization.

The second displayed photo is the almost-finished project of the CTA Federation. PSDS Moore is so grateful for having this association and the collaboration of other external stakeholders. Improvement in the ISD Office they have shown is such amazing contribution of DepED-Indanan South District towards making a difference. What they utterred, 'Provided the governance is good really comes from their heart manifested in their outputs. Verily, they can be the real partners of ISD PSDS in searching for local, regional, national and even international comrades for better DepED-Indanan South District.

I heard some school heads mentioning their team whenever certain difficult task would need the maximum involvement of the ISD personnel. Frankly, many school heads depend on their leadership potentials.
