At the same time, she handles advisory class particularly in Grade 3 Class where every child shall be a reader in English at the end of school year. PSDS Moore is so certain that the TIC is able to develop more the English Reading Proficiency of Grade 3 learners in Manilop based on his experience in Pasil Elementary School when Kauzar firstly rendered volunteer service in the management of Grade 6 Class, School Year 2011-2012.
"5 years from now you will be school administrator. So, you should now start with your MAED in the school where you finished your BEE, too" Sir Moore projected Kauzar I. Jawang in 2011, a year before he became District In-Charge of Indanan South District.
Last January 4, 2016, PSDS Sam already prepared designation for 4 TICs and it should take effect a month before the Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel that usually occurred in the last week of May. Zarr is one of those designates for the reason that her school Pasil Elementary School faces with more than one excess teachers. Timely, Manilop Primary School is also in need of one teacher whose deployment from its main campus, Poblacion Elementary School appears impossibility. Thus, Ma'am Zarr was deployed to handle Grade 3 Class in her new school, Manilop PS; likewise; she was given designation order as TIC that leads her perform instructional supervision from Kindergarten to Grade 3 right after her class.

The above-embedded photos in the TIC's wall signify her influence, charisma and vision as instructional supervisor. Frankly stressed, the TIC did not join the Brigada Eskwela since the very start until the 5th day due to her unavailability in the province of Sulu for personal and professional necessities that she might essentially owned for a better life. Her teachers; however; especially Nuradal A. Rabbayani and Suharto S. Alpha fully spent their days in creating more facilities for the school and learners with the strong involvement of the stakeholders in the observance of Brigada Eskwela 2016 with a theme: "TAYO PARA SA PAARALANG HANDA, LIGTAS AT MAAYOS MULA KINDERGARTEN HANGGANG SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL".
Manilop PS has only one regular pemanent teacher. The rest are purely volunteer teachers. Four of them are volunteers; luckily; they are already LET passers and 3 of them have already joined the mass signing of appointment for teacher I position done Luuk, Sulu last May 7, 2016.
