Operationalization of ISD Office Begins Now

Innovation has just started this afternoon after a first day of classes monitoring done this morning until 3 PM in 1. Dayuan PS; 2. Lugmah PS; 3. Poblacion ES; 4. Sapah Malawm PS; and 5. Manilop PS escorted by Naser L. Assil, District Property Custodian and Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion Elementary School. This morning's cleaning of the of the Indanan South District Office with the cooperation of Kennedy C. Aidil, District Utility Worker, Naser L. Assil, Temporary District ICT Coordinator, Jahaddi J. TAulani, District Liaison Officer and Hja. Berlinda B. Gulam, waiting for the approval of her transfer to Mohammad Jadjurie ES signaled the beginning of the office to operationalize its responsibility in the service for instructional leadership.

This is a new era for the ISD perform administrative task and supervisory function instigated inside its own abode, the ISD Office. Admittedly yes, renovation is not yet done. What is more significant; however; Sir Dr. John A. Magno, DepED-ARMM Secretary made a start. It has only one recompense to this Secretary's legacy. It goes for a higher innovation in a year-to-year expectations of DepED-ARMM which is the school performance in 18 schools of Indanan South District. The PSDS is not in a rush for completion rather he values more things that are just started particularly the year's mission. Vision is the totality which just last for 10 years then another juncture shall take place as new as the very start but it turns out different result.

I would like to salute the cooperation of the district staff in exerting more than manhood efforts just to shine our ISD office. It is an indication that you can fully share you part for the attainment of our vision. I have never seen you, guys before what you're doing this moment. I reckoned you now come to realize a real change whom we long since many years should begin within our individual persons. I happened to meet one co-worker in the DepED complaining that doing hard-work would not yet be a right time for the system. I replied in negative statement reminding that co-worker to return to the first moment when we aspired for teaching position. Increase of salary, promotion, getting popularity and gaining highest post in DepED were totally absent in our mind except to work for pay so that we could rescue ourselves from the bondage of penniless situation. Alhamdulillah, we gained more than that but until some of us owned big capital to engage in business, undergone hajj, fulfilled our aspiration to give good education to our sons and daughters until the got employment not just in the Philippines but even in luxurious countries of the world.

I even admire the school administrators of ISD solicited cash among themselves for just an acquisition of coupta plastic chairs donated to our office in a no-compulsion manner and no encouragement of the PSDS. At the last day of their collection, it made me surprised when I was asked to give P 500.00. I learned it intended for the plastic chairs in the district office. This attitude and behavior of the school administrators strengthened my belief for their full support and unity towards achieving more best practices that answer desirable performance in their respective schools. It's visible on their faces that they are not just working their teaching and school leadership profession as the main source of their income. More than that, it's for school children's sake.

Plastic chairs were already bought. It is kept in the residence of Dr. Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudin, Principal I of Palan Elementary School. I advised her to bring to the ISD Office the moment district office would be cleanly fixed. Thus, I tell her that tomorrow is best for the office to wait for the arrival of those plastic chairs.

This morning I asked Hja. Berlinda B. Gulam to canvass the price of round plastic table that will be used during meeting in the district office. I assured her to buy in here in Jolo instead in Zamboanga City if the difference of the cost is just less than thousand. Please, school heads and personnel of the district help me thank Hon. Hji. Ummal Suhaili for donating us P 5,000.00 for having those detachable plastic tables. I also appreciated teachers suggesting to have necessary facilities in the district like air-con, water dispenser, and other materials that make us conveniently planning for the accomplishment of our educational targets. I am fully convinced that why we are now in a need-to-get-improve circumstances because it is beyond our capacity unless resources aside from human are evident in our day-to-day works.

Just an hour after putting my table in the office, veteran TIC, Nagdar U. Sasapan and his Teacher I, Marjin J. Madjirul arrived before my presence expressing glad tidings over their strong agreement with their Barangay Chairperson of Karawan, Aksan Maksan transpired in their meeting this afternoon. It concerned on the return of Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi PS to its longly-deserted dilapidated school building instead of utilizing the school shack built away from the donated site. I learned today all ISD schools in the far-flung areas were reborn in a blooming environment. Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi PS was first to lead the operation of ISD Office in so far as administrative matter is concerned. I further hope those schools that have not yet deployed their excess teachers to those schools identified in recent conduct of Defense are able to submit an update for the PSDS when the date of it is done. Sir Sam's table is ready to let you lean your elbows against it while you formally state the issues and concerns.

Sir Moore spends some time for administrative functions in the morning then he continues school-to-school monitoring of enrollment and the proper observance of regular classes in the different schools around quarter to 10 in the morning.
