Palan Elementary School is the only school of Indanan South District away from the rest. It is on the roadside of Indanan-Talipao National Highway at about 11 kilometers away from Jolo. It is in the heart of Barangay Adjid, Indanan, Sulu. The school is headed by Principal, Dr. Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudini.
