The PSDS Appreciates Those Teachers Ready for Re-assignment


Sir Moore appreciated much those teaching personnel ready for re-assignment in compliance with the decision of Division Panel during Defense. Likewise, Sir Moore saluted those school heads having an influence over their teachers to obey the Division Panel's decision on the importance of teacher's re-assignment especially those who are pointed out as excess teachers. The best example for this is Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III of Pasil Elementary School. He was first to deploy the excess teachers in his school though his information letter has not yet reached the Indanan South District Supervisor copy furnished to the Schools Division Superintendent.

Pasil Elementary School detected in the last conduct of Defense had two excess teachers. Dr. Tim J. Undain, FRIEdr. with unanimous agreement of her colleagues before Indanan South District school administrators came to decision empowering PSDS and school head concerned for the better local deployment of their excess teachers to the nearby schools where needs for teachers are immediately imperative. Thus, the Head Teacher III of Pasil Elementary School abruptly called teachers for a meeting to determine those teachers eligible for re-assignment to the adjacent schools.

Kauzar I. Jawang is a Grade 6 Adviser and a brilliant teacher of Pasil Elementary School who offered is willingness to comply the SDS' decision. She reported to her new school, Manilop Primary School in the middle period of Brigada Eskwela 2016. She would suppose to be the adviser of Grade 3 Class in said school. PSDS Sam knew her very well specifically in terms of potentials and effectiveness. Thus, Sir Sam also installed her TIC of her new school. Sir Moore was a school head of Pasil Elementary School from 2007 until 2012, the date when he was designated to head Indanan South District after the compulsory retirement of Hji. Abdulgafor J. Madjaluddin.

Adjura M. Ussam was a veteran Grade 1 teacher of Pasil Elementary School since 1997. She is now in Sapah Malawm Primary School headed by TIC, Faijal I. Andan who was also proud of re-assignment of Mrs. Ussam. She was the first teacher to reopen Pasil Elementary School in 1997 when her transfer from Tongkil was officially approved. Most of the residents in Barangay Sapah Malawm are close relatives of the newly-re-assigned teacher.
