DIC Receives Six Deployment Orders

The District In-Charge received six deployment orders from the Office of Division Plantilla Section headed by Derwina Abdula last June 17, 2015. Out of six newly-hired teachers deployed to Indanan South District, only three of them render volunteer service in ISD. They are Shernalyn A. Alibbun, Volunteer Teacher in Mukammali Elementary School, Alnashvier I. Abduljalil, Volunteer Teacher in Kasambuhan Village Elementary School and Hadzfar Calbi, Volunteer Teacher in Timbangan Elementary School. The other three are newcomers.


"Are their appointment still in the Office of the Regional Civil Service Commission?" the DIC asked the personnel officer of the plantilla.

"No, it is already in the DepED Regional Office and it is ready to go to our division," Derwina answered.


Every Deployment Order is written with the complete name of the applicant and the name of the elementary school where the applicant is specifically assigned. Under the name of the school  is the contract or agreement signed between the former Regional DepED Secretary Hon. Atty. Jamar M. Kulayan and the applicant. Applicant's signature is vividly affixed over printed name under conforme. Listed-hereunder are the names of the newly-deployed teachers:
  1. NURHIMA A. IBNO - MUKAMMALI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  2. SHERNALYN A. ALIBBUN - MUKAMMALI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  3. SHARIFA MHARROJHEANNE A. ALIH - POBLACION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  4. KATRINA A. JULKIRAM - POBLACION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  5. HADZFAR S. CALBI - TIMBANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  6. ALNASHVIER I. ABDULJALIL - BUNOT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The last paragraph of the Deployment Order dated May 22, 2015 ran as follows:

The principal/school head shall submit the FIRST DAY OF SERVICE of the above-named in the school where he/she is assigned together with the required supporting papers be submitted to the Schools Division Ofice copy furnished this office for record purposes.
