First, it was in Alnor Hotel, Cotabato City from February 19-20, 2015 when a Regional Memorandum called for the participation of the DIC and Hja. Nalda J. Muksan, Head Teacher - III of Langpas Elementary School and Annex. It was a 2-Day Planning Workshop in preparation for the DepED-ARMM CI (Continuous Improvement) Benchmarking Activity to NCR, CALABARZON, Region IV and Central Luzon. Every divsion was chosen with at least two participants. Qualification of the participants was at least NQESH passers and DSLP graduates of SEAMEO-Innotech; consequently; DIC and Hja. Nalda J. Muksan were carefully selected to represent Sulu Division.

On March 2, 2015, the DIC together with Hja. Nalda J. Muksan took flight of Cebu Pacific via Zamboanga-Manila for the actual benchmarking activity. On March 2, 2015, Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion Elementary School and Annex also left Jolo for Zamboanga-Manila flight to attend training workshop in Oasis Hotel, Tanza, Cavite. It was about Contextualization of Learning Modules for MTB MLE for Grades 4. He had been there until March 12, 2015. He was with Dr. Joel A. Alamia, Division Coordinator for Araling Panlipunan and Division Coordinator for Mother Tongue, Bahasa Sug.

On March 19-20, Melda I. Adug, Head Teacher - III of Mukammali Elementary School was in Davao City for 2-Day Focus Group Discussion on Teacher's Quality in ARMM. The DIC strongly endorsed her to the former DepED-ARMM Secretary, Atty. Jamar M. Kulayan to represent ISD. As reported by Melda I. Adug to the DIC, the 2-Day FGD discussed instensely NCBTS. Before Melda I. Adug left Jolo, she sought the advice of the DIC specifically on the expectation that might transpire in th 2-Day FGD. The DIC guessed it that NCBTS would possibly come out as one of the topics in the discussions. Hence, Melda I. Adug was so thankful to the DIC who made her bring along with copies of NCBTS to the 2-Day FGD.

The DIC was out again for 2-DAy OSYDA Action Plan Review and OSYDA Report Card Workshop conducted by MYDev at Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City. Then he was again in Garden Orchid Hotel from April 28-30, 2015 attending the Strengthening the Capacity of Key DepED ALS Implementers in MYDev Areas - Phase 2 facilitated by SEAMEO-Innotech.

Simultaneously, three school heads supposedly attended training workshops but one of them, Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion ES and Annex was not able to go there for the continuation of their works on contextualization of LM for MTB MLE because of some inevitable circumstances in his day-to-day life. Only Masdida M. Sarabi, TIC of Timbangan Elementary School and Andrada M. Asid, TIC of Panglima Indanan Central School. Masdida M. Sarabi was to attend the Nationa Training Of Trainers on K to 12 for Grades 4 Workshop conducted at UP - NISMED, Diliman, Quezon City. She was selected to be trained in Science while Andrada M. Asid would be trained in Filipino with separate venue held at Cebu City. After the national training workshop, they would rollout divisionwide for all grades 4 teachers. They just finished the division rollout two weeks ago.

Last May 19-22, 2015, the DIC was tasked by the DepED-ARMM to represent in the LAC Planning Implementation Workshop conducted by NEAP Central Office at Asotria Plaza, Escriva Drive, Pasig City. There was only one slot for every region in the Philippines according to Sir Asec Noor Saada who strongly recommended the DIC to represent ARMM. The LAC workshop was participated by seventeen regions in the Philippines that came from DepED. Some from non-DepED education service providers were also invited to participate in the LAC workshop.
