Last February 19, 2016, PSDS Samoore S. Ladjahali appeared in the office of the Regional DepED Secretary, Dr. John A. Magno. Along with him were Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III of Pasil Elementary School and Annexes, Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Pobalcion Elementary School and Annex, Masdida M. Sarabi, TIC of Timbangan Elementary School and Suharto S. Alpha, LET passer volunteer teacher of Manilop Primary School. The purpose of the appearance was to submit the pertinent papers for chain promotion of ISD school administrators as advised by the Regional Secretary during his last visit to Sulu for the conduct of TACE, Teaching Demo and Interview for those LET passer applicants. The PSDS also brought the request letter of Mukammali Elementary School headed by Melda I. Adug for the construction of WATSAN addreesed to Regional Governor thru Regional DepED Secretary. Likewise, application of Suharto S. Alpha was submitted, too.
"I already approved P 100K for the construction of the gate, fence tiles and CR of Indanan South District," Sec. John immediately uttered as the Public Schools District Supervisor of ISD stood beside him. "Where's your request?" the Sec. continued.
The PSDS prepared some request letter and submitted it in the afternoon of the same before the Sec. proceeded to Parang where ARMMAA (Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Athletic Association Meet) 2016 was conducted. The PSDS received the above-posted check from the Office of the Cashier last March 14, 2016 with his Disbursing Officer, Alyasir A. Hussam. The check was deposited in Landbank Cotabato Branch in the same day to avoid clearing in Jolo Landbank. Encashment of the check was not made possible in so far as opening of ISD passbook account in Jolo Landbank was concerned. Besides, telefax from Cotabato to Jolo was not accessible due to poor signal.
This check might be additional assistance given to PSDS Samoore. Firstly, Sec. John A. Magno already gave P 150K thru check for the renovation of both Indanan North and Indanan South District Offices. The check worth P 100K caused the partition of both Indanan North and Indanan South District Offices. To the generosity of PSDS Moore, he sincerely divided the district office into two and gave half of it with CR and gate to the Indanan North District. In addition, facade of Indanan North District has no sari-sari store that looks obstacle for the beautification of Indanan South District Office.

Division of the district office though it belonged to Mother District, the Indanan South District was based on division rating conducted last 2016 when the division team would not give VS (Very Satisfactory) rating to every District Supervisor and District In-Charge of Indanan North District due to the reason of shared district office.

Alhamdulillah, beautiful existence of both Indanan North and Indanan South District Office came to reality thru the financial assistance of Dr. John A. Magno, Regional DepED Secretary. To the right portion with CR and gate belongs to Indanan North District while to the left portion without CR and gate with sari-sari store in front belongs to Indanan South District. Thank you, Sir John A. Magno for alloting another financial assistance for the construction of CR, gate, fence, partition of the ground and tiles of Indanan South District Office.
