Partially-completed Inner Portion of the ISD Office

Beautification of the Indanan South District began within the inner portion through the undying financial support of Dr. John A. Magno, DepED-ARMM Secretary. Of all the secretaries in the ARMM, only Sir Dr. John A. Magno sincerely made a decision to renovate ISD Office. It is his legacy that cannot be forgotten in the page of history of this district.

Flooring was already cemented with 60 x 60 cm granite tiles except on the main door waiting for glass flush door in preparation for fully-air-conditioned office. For the meantime, PSDS Moore bought one Camel electric stand fan to reduce the heat inside the office. Male-female restrooms were completely designed with ceramic tiles in both flooring and walling at the height of 150 cm. Each restroom had already pail and dipper with rain water for urination. There is no yet available water in shower, faucet and lavatory. P 4,000.00 was donated by AAI President Albert Santoli for the purchase of Malaysia made plastic water tank for water catchment over the rooftop of male restroom. However, it was out of stock. Someone told Sir Sam that there is available in Zamboanga City. ISD Office needs water pump to fetch water to the water tank connected from Jolo Water District to the neighborhood. Lights were already connected and ready to on anytime.

For meeting, conference and DLF among school administrators, Hon. Ummal Suhaili, Barangay Chairperson of Barangay Manilop donated 4 round wooden tables with a capacity of 4 pax. School heads of ISD donated 17 pieces of armless cofta plastic chairs. Sir Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III of Pasil Elementary School donated 1 set of long Philips fluorescent.

Stock room was almost finished outside the office facing the office ground the same flooring with septic tank. Flooring is soon to be cemented.

Inside the office, cubicle type for PSDS is next to rise. However, PSDS Sam plans to make it close to the ceiling so that privacy for confidential maters with school heads and other personnel brought to PSDS would be observed. It should be made of glass for transparency-based leadership.

Next physical improvement will be outside of the ISD Office. PSDS Moore is so certain that Sir Dr. John A. Magno is always there for our best partner.
