In Indanan South District Office, November 8, 2016, the finalization conference over the preparation for the Joint 111th Indanan Anniversary and Indanan-DepED Palaro 2016 was presided by the MIO, Hji. Iriles N. Ladjabassal supported by the two district supervisors, PSDS Moore and PSDS Dr. Garcia B. Paradji of Indanan North District and Jinnasir Sali, Municipal HRMO. Secondary School Principal, Tony K. Asanji was also in attendance with all the ISD school heads, school nurses, district staff, CTA Federation President and other personnel.
The Municipal HRMO, Jinnasir Sali
presented the draft program of activities for comment. As reported, convoy from
Jolo to Pasil would start in the District Office on November 21, 2016 at around
8:00 o'clock in the morning. Elementary and secondary schools that would join
the parade should be in Barangay Panglima Misuari at exactly 7:30 AM. They
would follow behind the convoy as it would reach the said barangay. After
presentation of the draft program, PSDS Moore read the messages on his Samsung
Galaxy A5 2016 which stated that the Regional DepED-ARMM Secretary, Dr. John A.
Magno signaled 'ok' as the guest speaker of the momentous affair though he was
still in Australia. However, the quorum decided to invite another guest speaker
in case the Secretary might not be available. ARMM Deputy Governor, Hji. Yusop
H. Jikiri, Former Sulu - 1st District Representative was chosen to tackle the
role of guest speaker.
IMSB (Indanan Municipal School Baord)
allocated P 15, 000.00 for every district and secondary school for the expenses
of their respective booth and other needs for their academic and ball games
competitions.
