A 'Single-Step Approach' for a Thousand-mile Dream

This proposed gate was designed by the TIC of the school, Alnasvier I. Abduljalil. What appears in the landscape is as exact as where the actual location of Lugmah Elementary School is.

TIC Nash designed first the school gate. He put aside those alternatives for the huge budget which should be needed in the construction of concrete fence around the school perimeter. He truly believes in the possibility of a 'single-step strategy' for the realization of whatever he would want to accomplish. Effectiveness of said single-step approach brought him to popularity and recognition among educators in Indanan South District.

For instance in the return of the Lugmah ES to her original site and her elevation to complete elementary status from little primary status has come to reality in just a single-step effort exerted by TIC Nash. It was just last March, 2018 when he started performing his TIC designation in the said school. Supersam of ISD strongly advised him to conduct school recognition for the entire grade levels in the original site of the school. With that advice, ISD PSDS Moore witnessed the effectiveness of Nash's single-step approach. The TIC in partnership of all PTA members firstly built school stage out of bamboos in preparation for school recognition.

In June, 2018, the school stage was converted into classrooms accommodating learners enrolled from Kindergarten to Grade 6. What more amazing was the increase of grade levels until it became complete elementary status. Before, Lugmah ES catered only Kindergarten to Grade 2.

For his dream on concrete school building, he did again his single-step approach by designing a plan of school building in a perspective mode. In just a day before yesterday, he messaged me in chat dialogue box of Facebook that information from his friend and engineer came in telling updating him for soon arrival of his school building. So, I believe in his newly-designed school gate possibly to happen until it will be surrounded by concrete school panel along the school perimeter.

In his chat message tonight, an idea for having that school gate instead of filing many pieces of hollow blocks around the school perimeter is an observation-based strategy made by Kasambuhan Village ES, Palan ES, Panglima Misuari ES, Panglima Indanan CS and Poblacion ES whose school gate was already surrounded by complete fencing. He commented on those schools whose school fencing has not yet completely finished. According to him that a single-step approach was not continuously implemented that is why the schools failed to realize the school concrete panel.
