How to View Member's Online Pag-IBIG Records

Yes, upon membership, Pag-IBIG Mutual Fund registers online all the details provided by the member in the accomplishment of MDF (Member's Data Form). Many years passed, members could hardly access their records unless they would visit Pag-IBIG Office getting priority number, facing some numbered window inquiring Pag-IBIG personnel about their records. To view it in the computer would nearly be impossible. This year 2019; however; Pag-IBIG has updated the issuance of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card into ATM-like debit card powered by AUB (Asia United Bank). It has been issued in replacement of Pag-IBIG Landbank CashCard and previously-issued MID ID. As it was before, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is free to all Pag-IBIG members in MP1, the so-called Regular Savings. Using the latest Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus, here are the steps in viewing online member's records in Pag-IBIG Mutual Fund Office:

• Go to online Pag-IBIG Website
• Click Virtual Pag-IBIG button page
• Minimize Lingkod Pag-IBIG chat window for convenience
• Check box under data privacy then click proceed
• Click create account and continue
• Enter valid email address and password
• Click create account
• Click Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus
• Encode MID number
• Select AUB bank partner
• Enter last 4 digit card number
• Go on with the required details

In the middle of the processes, you are prompted to enter the code sent to your mobile number. After successful submission, temporary password is sent to your valid email address. At this point in time, you can now log in to Virtual Pag-IBIG. Remember, do not click log in button. Instead, click first log in after encoding your temporary password for its verification. Afterwards, you can now hit log in every time you access your records via Virtual Pag-IBIG online services.
