Sign up in eGSISMO web page. Your BP Number in GSIS is badly required as user ID. Then, enter your password before you click sign up button. Proceed by filling out all the required information. After logging in, the photo below is the eGSISMO homepage where you are able to view many features of your GSIS records such as member profile, loan record, claim record, pension record, tentative claim, loans tentative, change password and log out sidebars.
In the front page, you will be able to view your complete name, BP number, CRN/UMID number, date of birth, contact number, email address, agency name, date of last log in, and save to file. Under personal information, a member is able to see status, gender, marital status, religion, TIN and beneficiary information.
If you click member profile, you will open service record, insurance policy and pre-need plan. If you hit loan record, it's outstanding loans where you view your CONSOL loan and regular policy loan. If you hit claim record, you can open life insurance, retirement, survivorship, employees compensation, dividends, pre-need and refund. If you click pension record, you will enter to old age pension, survivorship pension, EC survivorship and EC disability. If you hit or click tentative claim, you will see life insurance and retirement. If you hit loans tentative, you will see consolidate and emergency.
