REVGOV: A Transition Scheme for Federalism

If we try to look at the exposition of Vasquez concerning REVGOV, Filipino people especially in Manila would be scared. They might suspect it as dictatorship revival. Maynilad is educated with disrespect to leaders because it is the schools or universities, the education providers that train students to antagonize the government if the programs of the government officials are not of their interest. They invoke the principles and practices of democracy to justify their oppositions along the streets, avenues, and any corners where they are comfortable with their egoistic interests. Demonstrations are rampantly shown by the students in the roads of Manila during holidays, events, and other special gathering of Philippines with other respectable nations.
