Roger Casugay is a Filipion surfer participating in the 2019 SEA Games. His name and photos went on in a viral mode due to his humane heart in rescuing his Indonesian opponent, Arip Nurhidayat. Surfer Nurhidayat was crashing in a big waave with his surf board. Instead of winning for gold medal, Casugay helped Nurhidayat for life survival. He earned more praises in social media and even from the President of Indonesia. So, Duterte called him and had with picture taking with his team in Malacanang Palace.
