A very alarming issue firstly happened to Indanan South District school administrators. Most of the school heads wondered why Supersam stood on his decision not to attend the afternoon defense reset by SDS. He just told school heads to request special defense that would be scheduled in some other time.
In just less than a week Supersam with the signatures of all school heads submitted his communication letter to the office of SDS explaining why ISD failed to appear before the Division Panel. The explanation letter also contained his request for the schedule of special defense of the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel.
On June 5, 2018, Supersam was in receipt of Division Memorandum calling ISD school heads for the special defense inside SDS' office. Supersam anticipated more challenges in this defense because he installed two TICs not within the official knowledge of SDS. He thought that bringing with those two newly-installed to defense would be enough to notify SDS. What matters most to Supersam would be the approval of the said installation of TICs.
When it was the turn of Alnasvier I. Abduljalil was called, SDS commented 'babyhood' as she noticed him moving to the center. It was the reason why I gave alias to Alnasvier as B-hood.
Then, Marjin J. Madjirul was second to the last out of 18 school heads. SDS commented 'to maintain his hairstyle'. Both TICs passed the defense and deserved the approval of SDS, alahamdulillah.
ISD faced this defense with more issues and concerns that needed to be addressed by SDS. The nature of issues and concern was so crucial situations that could hardly been decided by SDS only. Realignment came in talks of the defense. SDS asked Alyasir A. Hussam if he would be ready and willing for realignment. TIC Hussam replied that we were for the pupils.
In closing, SDS adopted the words of TIC Alyasir A. Hussam.
