SDS to ISD School Heads: The only district facing defense with complete attendance

ISD Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel
It was just 2 hours before lunch in the morning of Tuesday, May 31, 2016 when the PSDS and his school administrators rose from their seats after the Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel 2016 chaired by ASDS, Saudi Janang and panel members, SDS, Hja. Insih Asaari, Division Planning Officer with her staff, 2 representatives from the Administrative Section and ALS Supervisor, Dr. Abdulnaser J. Adala. ISD was proud to hear. . . "Thank you for coming, the only district facing defense with complete attendance" SDS Dr. Tim J. Undain commented. The defense started with Surah Fatiha by Faijal I. Andan, TIC of Sapah Malawm Primary School then Dr. Tim J. Undain, Schools Division Superintendent delivered more than 10-minute message before the school heads of Indanan South District. She stressed on the duties and functions of educators. She also explained the rank of Sulu-DepED Division in terms of performance in NAT result conducted in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). She ended her remarks by getting the yes-affirmative statement of the ISD school heads to perform better for the improvement of NAT result in their respective school. Afterwards, "I will give the floor to Supervisor Sam" SDS ended her message.

PSDS Sam stood straight as he greeted the Division Panel, the observers and the 15school administrators enumerated below.

1. Nur-aisha A. Gonzales, Principal I of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School
2. Josefina S. Ajijul, School Caretaker of Panglima Mammah Elementary School
3. Masdida M. Sarabi, TIC of Timbangan Elementary School
4. Dr. Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudini, Principal I of Palan Elementary School
5. Delda J. Amdan, TIC of Dayuan Primary School and Lugmah Primary School
6. Jurmainna H. Hunding, Head Teacher III of Bunot Elementary School
7. Andrada M. Asid, TIC of Panglima Indanan Central School
8. Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC of Poblacion Elementary School
9. Melda I. Adug, Head Teacher III of Mukammali Elementary School
10. Hja. Nalda J. Muksan, Principal I of Langpas Elementary School
11. Kauzar I. Jawang, TIC of Manilop Primary School
12. Mussah A. Arabain, Head Teacher III of Panglima Ahajan Elementary School
13. Nagdar U. Sasapan, TIC of Panglima Misuari Primary School and Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi PS
14. Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III of Pasil Elementary School
15. Faijal I. Andan, TIC of Sapah Malawm Primary School and Sapie PS

Then Sir Moore introduced the 4 newly-installed TICs, 1. Delda J. Amdan; 2. Kauzar I. Jawang; 3. Nagdar U. Sasapan; and Faijal I. Andan. SDS considered those school heads with strong excuse not to appear in the Defense. She still commented 'the only complete' because absentees were personally represented like the Princiapal of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, TIC of Dayuan-Lugmah Primary School and TIC of Manilop Primary School.

Defense resulted to deploy those excess teachers to schools that are in need of teacher like Sapah Malawm Primary School, Manilop Primary School, Panglima Misuari Primary School, Cmdr. Bara Jalaidi Primary School, Timbangan Elementary School and Dayuan Primary School. As agreed in the Defense that PSDS should properly deploy those excess teachers of the following schools to its neighboring or adjacent schools as strongly suggested by SDS:

1. Panglima Mammah Elementary School
2. Palan Elementary School
3. Panglima Indanan Central School
4. Poblacion Elementary School
5. Panglima Ahajan Elementary School
6. Pasil Elementary School

The ISD school heads were also blessed to have, for the first time, the presence of Asec for Special Projects, Mr. Alfhadar Pajiji. The Asec was agreeable on the deployment of excess teachers to the nearby schools which are in need of it.
