Six Teachers Successfully Pass the LET 2015

Indanan South District is one of the districts in Sulu Division, DepED-ARMM where provisional teachers and volunteer teachers still exist since decades ago. Fortunately, the number of provisional and volunteer teachers eventually decrease because of their success in the conduct of Licensure Examination for Teachers.

Last March 29, 2015, LET was conducted nationwide. Its result was released on May 22, 2015. Luckily, there are six teachers from ISD that successfully passed the LET. Names of those successful passers are enumerated below.

2. Isman, Paksa Abdurahim
3. Halid, Hamir Puyong
4. Hamsinain, Shermalyn Alih
5. Namli, Mercilyn Mammah
6. Rabbayani, Nuradal Ajuji

Suharto S. Alpha is a volunteer teacher of Manilop Primay School, annex of Poblacion Elementary School headed by Alyasir A. Hussam, Teacher In-Charge.

Paksa A. Isman is a volunteer teacher of Panglima Mammah Elementary School headed by School Caretaker, Josefina S. Ajijul, Master Teacher - I.

Hamir P. Halid is a provisional teacher of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School headed by Nur-aisha A. Gonzales, Elementary School Principal - I.

Shermalyn A. Hamsinain is a volunteer teacher of Palan Elementary School headed by Dr. Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudini, Elementary School Principal - I.

Mercilyn M. Namli is a provisional teacher of Panglima Mammah Elementary School headed by School Caretaker, Josefina S. Ajijul, Master Teacher - I.

Nuradal A. Rabbayani is a provisional teacher of Manilop Primary School, annex of Poblacion Elementary School headed by Alyasir A. Hussam, Teacher In-Charge.

Indanan South District is so proud of the six successful passers in LET 2015 of whom three of them are volunteer teachers and three are provisional teachers. The DIC is in monitoring of their preparations for the confirmation and oath taking that shall be conducted by the Office of the Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC). School heads of the respective LET passers are advised to facilitate the accomplishment of documents or pertinent papers of their new LET passers in compliance with the DepED Policy on Change of Status and TACE for the new LET passer applicants.

For the hiring of our three LET passer volunteer teachers, DepED Regioanl Office may feel free to accommodate them after processes being done because Indanan South District has lot of vacancies especially in terms of retirement that has not yet been filled up. For this year 2015, two teachers retired, namely: 1. Aida Sandangan, Panglima Mammah ES; and 2. Insihmariyam A. Jumdani, Panglima Ahajan ES.
