District Team Visitation Last for One Day

District Team Visitation to the entire eleven elementary schools of Indanan South District, Indanan, Sulu lasted only for one day. District Commissioner, Dr. Alvarez A. Salaton, P-II and District In-Charge, Samoore S. Ladjahali spearheaded the eleven school administrators that composed the team visitation last June 8, 2015. Supposedly, the team approximated its completion for two days. However, they divided the tasks among themselves and managed their time wisely in every school for at least twenty minutes to gather the data needed. School visitation started with nearest school to furthest school as shown below.



  1. Kasambuhan Village Elementary School
  2. Panglima Mammah Elementary School
  3. Palan Elementary School
  4. Timbangan Elementary School
  5. Bunot Elmentary School
  6. Panglima Indanan Central School
  7. Langpas Elementary School
  8. Mukammali Elementary School
  9. Pasil Elementary School
  10. Panglima Ahajan Elementary School
  11. Poblacion Elementary School
  12. Dayuan Primary School
1-day school visitation aimed to gather data on the following areas that would serve as the basis for the conduct of 1-day district poast conference that will be held at Timbangan Elementary School, Timbangan, Indanan, Sulu on June 16, 2015:
  • Pupil's attendance and enrollment
  • SF1 and SF2
  • Classroom structuring
  • Instructional materials
  • K to 12 orientation
  • Gulayan sa paaralan
  • CSC form 48
  • Physical aspect
  • Teacher's attendance
  • Daily lesson logs
  • CI room/corner
  • School's office
Aong with the team visitation was Rohelyn S. Ahaja, Asst. Staff of Asia America Initiative headed by President, Albert Santoli. She accompanied the group in order to collect data on the establishment of mini school libraries supported by AAI books and identify issues and concerns of Model Of Bawgbug Education (MOBE) schools listed below.

  4. Poblacion Elementary School
  5. Pasil Elementary School
As yearly practiced since the assumption of DIC, the team was always equipped with snacks and pack lunch. They had morning snacks at Palan Elementary School. In addition to the team snacks, Palan Elementary School teachers headed by Dr. Hja. Sarah Y. Hayudini, Principal - I sincerely offered hyuwal and coffee.

The team took their lunch at Panglima Indanan Central School. They departed to Langpas Elementary School at around quarter to one o'clock in the afternoon. There were heavy raindrops right after dismissal in Panglima Indanan Central School. Despite the heavy rain, the team continued their itinerary until Pasil Elementary School where the rain was no more.
