One Teacher is Re-assigned to Langpas Elementary School

One teacher is re-assigned to Langpas Elementary School headed by Hja. Nalda J. Muksan, Head Teacher. Nur-ina M. Abubakar, Provisional Teacher and Grade 3 Adviser in Panglima Indanan Central School headed by TIC, Andrada M. Asid, Teacher - III was delighted to know the order of her re-assignment. Her re-allignment was approved on the basis of her request for transfer to Langpas ES located at her native place, Barangay Langpas. Her letter of application for transfer was properly endorsed by Andrada M. Asid and the District In-Charge. It had been almost two years that Nur-ina M. Abubakar asked favor from the DIC to grant endorsement for her release from Panglima Indanan CS to her preferred school. Since her request was verval, the DIC also answered her verbally to wait for the appropriate time to come.

Aside from the validity of her reasons explained in her application for transfer, Nur-ina M. Abubakar aptly deserved for the re-assignment to Langpas Elementary School because of the following causes:

1. Ruby B. Arajan designated SPED teacher has no replacement
2. Panglima Indanan Central School has excess teacher
3. Enrollment of Langpas Elementary School increased
4. Nur-ina M. Abubakar would stay-in close to the school vicinity

An informal turn-over was done in the Office of the DIC last June 11, 2015. The DIC requested the presence of Andrada M. Asid and Hja. Nalda J. Muksan to listen to the contents of the approved re-assignment of Nur-ina M. Abubakar as read by the DIC. Short briefing for the re-alligned teacher was also done by the DIC. It primarily emphasized the classroom management which is alligned to the newly-introduced K to 12 Basic Education Program and other school programs that should be implemented and achieved at the end of the school year. The DIC advised head of Langpas Elementary School to orient Nur-ina M. Abubakar on the previously-conducted K to 12 training for teachers before she should assign her new teacher to handle grade level which is not commensurate to the teacher's experiences.

In the same manner, the DIC asked Andrada M. Asid those matters that need Nur-ina's compliance before official clearance could be offered by the head of Panglima Indanan Central School. Andrada M. Asid updated the DIC that everything was already in order before that face-to-face confirmation for the re-assignment of Nur-ina M. Abubakar was made.

So, Nur-ina M. Abubakar happily started her new teaching service at Langpas Elementary School beginning June 15, 2015. Her first day of service should be submitted by Hja. Nalda J. Muksan thru the DIC for record purposes of the Divsion Office.
