Samoore "Sir Sam" S. Ladjahali joined as DepED Member-Secretary of the Municipal Board of Canvassers in the Municipality of Indanan last conduct of Synchronized National, Regional and Local Elections, May 9, 2016. MBOC Chairman was Acting Election Officer (EO), Hja. Lilia A. Gaspar; Vice Chairman was Lorna L. Napigquit, Indanan Municipal Treasurer; CCS Operator was Nursalyn S. Muammail, Indanan North District ICT Coordinator; and the 4 RCG also composed the MBOC. Canvassing was done in the SB Hall, Pasil, Indanan, Sulu. The MBOC started to convene at around 3:00 in the afternoon of May 9, 2016.

The above-posted photo shows the winning candidates for the Indanan Municipal Councilors proclaimed by the MBOC inside SB Hall, Pasil, Indanan, Sulu. They all came from the same political party of Jikiri's Family. The picture of newly-elected councilors also evidently put their ordinal number as councilors from number 1 to number 8 starting from left to right. By name, the 8 municipal councilors can be recognized as follows:

1. Hja, Rohelyn S. Indanan - SB Member
2. Myrna U. Hamsail - SB Member
3. Hja. Ferdausia Muksan - SB Member
4. Hja. Kumala M. Ibrahim - SB Member
5. Bassal J. Amil - SB Member
6. Darin T. Askali - SB Member
7. Datu Halun S. Amilussin - SB Member
8. Dhady Haiver - SB Member

A man in blue t-shirt appeared on the image above, is Hon. Salip Allan Nahier S. Jainal. The MBOC raised his hands to signal winning Vice Mayor in the Municipality of Indanan, Sulu. He was unopposed candidate for Vice Mayor in the municipality. He joined the same political party with Jikiri's Family. This is now his last term in the Office of the Vice Mayor.

Sir Moore, the Public Schools District Supervisor of Indanan South District appreciated the Vice Mayor for being active member of OSYDA (Out-Of-School Youth Development Alliance) organized in the municipality under the supervision of MYDev (Mindanao Youth for Development) Program financed by US-AID. Sir Sam is also one of the members of OSYDA representing Indanan-DepED. He always see Hon. Jainal in all training workshops conducted by MYDev.

Several people congratulated Hon. Hermot "Moy" D. Jikiri, a man in black t-shirt for being new Mayor-elect of the Municipality of Indanan after the conduct of May 9, 2016 Synchronized National, Regional and Local Elections. Moy is a brother of incumbent Mayor, Saripuddin "Eddih" D. Jikiri who ran for Congressman or Representative for the First District of Sulu last May 9, 2016. Though Eddih did not win the congressional election, he is still the Municipal Mayor until June 30, 2016. Moy will assume office after his brother, Eddih will step down the Municipal Hall on June 30.

PSDS Moore felt delightful after the official proclamation of Hon. Hermot "Moy" D. Jikiri, Hon. Salip Allan Nahier S. Jainal and those 8 councilors. He could still hope more support and partnership in the improvement of municipal education plan in Indanan South District. He had a very good friendship with Moy when Sir Moore was a Principal of Pasil Elementary School from 2007 to 2012. That time, Moy was a Barangay Chairperson of Barangay Pasail. Sir Sam is definitely sure Moy will give more educational assistance through IMSB (Indanan Municipal School Board) which was created and revitalized only during the reign of Eddih with a monthly municipal appropriation at the amount of P 15,000.00 directly deposited in the IMSB passbook opened in Amanah Bank, Jolo Branch.
