PSDS to TICs Holding Primary Schools: Elevate your schools into elementary status 5 years from now

Before the Indanan South District school heads appeared in the 2016 Defense for the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel at Sulu-DepED Conference Hall, Jolo, Sulu last May 31, 2016, PSDS Sam motivated those TICs holding primary schools to plan for the elevation of their respective schools into complete elementary status after 5 years from now. There are 4 TICs, namely: 1. Faijal I. Andan, TIC of Sapah Malawm Primary School and Sapie Primary School; 2. Nagdar U. Sasapan, TIC of Panglima Misuari Primary School and Cmdr. Jalaidi Primary School; 3. Delda J. Amdan, TIC of Dayuan Primary School and Lugmah Primary School; and 4. Kauzar I. Jawang, TIC of Manilop Primary School. They were installed as TICs as strategy of the PSDS to deploy excess teachers to those schools that are really in need of teachers. Thus every TIC also handles advisory class.

PSDS Moore believes that every primary school improves if there is school administrator to prepare SIP and look into the proper implementation as based on the priorities collaboratively determined by the SPT (School-community Planning Team). Bunot Elementary School of which is headed now by Head Teacher III, Jurmainna H. Hunding and Mukammali Elementary School headed now by also Head Teacher III, Melda I. Adug serve as the basis for the PSDS to ensure elevation of elementary status and improvement in both physical and academic aspect of the schools. Yet, these 2 schools were just annexes for decades ago.

He instructed them to prioritize the preparation of Enhanced School Improvement Plan, organization of grade levels and classes with properly assigned teachers, definition of the perimeter of the donated school site with Deed of Donation, enrollment campaign, organization of homeroom PTA officers after 15 days from the first day of classes, organization of campus PTA 15 days after the homeroom PTA organization, preparation of March Form 3 using the old format, finalization of list of personnel, preparation of daily class program, orientation for the parents on K to 12 and submission of Brigada Eskwela 2016 reports.
