TIC of Panglima Misuari ES Encodes BMI Online as Assisted by His SDO

With the assistance of his School Disbursing Officer, Marjin "Cmdr. H-man" J. Madjirul, TIC of Panglima Misuari Elementary School, Indanan South District practiced encoding Body Mass Index of his school online in the LIS (Learner's Information System) in DepED Central Office Website. The TIC bought new Dell laptop just last first week of February, 2018 solely for the purpose of school reports preparation and submission in both online and offline.

ISD Attends the 2-Day Regional ICT Summit

Indanan South District was one of the districts in DepED-Sulu Division that attended the 2-Day Regional ICT Summit conducted at Em Manor Hotel, Cotabato City from February 19-20, 2018. Two ISD personnel or school officials were in the summit. They were Samoore S. Ladjahali, Public Schools District Supervisor and Melda I. Adug, Head Teacher III of Mukammali Elementary School.

Dissemination of COMELEC Resolution No. 10211 and 10246: DepED Memorandum No. 025 s. 2018

DepED Memorandum contains COMELEC Resolution No. 10211 and 10246. It was dated February 14, 2018 signed by by DepED Secretary, Leonor "Liling M. Briones. Resolution No. 10211 was about general instructions for the members of Electoral Boards and Barangay Board of Canvassers in connection with the conduct of the October 23, 2017 synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections. Likewise, Resolution No. 10246 was concerned with the calendar of activities and periods of certain prohibited acts in connection with the May 14, 2018 synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections.

End of School Year End Ries appears as the title of DepED Order No. 06 s. 2018 dated February 15, 2018. It states the guidelines for the conduct of graduation exercises, School Year 2017-2018 that should be conducted from April 2-6, 2018 with a theme: "MAG-AARAL NG K TO 12: HANDA SA HAMON NG BUHAY".

This Excel Format File contains complete Final Assignment List of BEI (Board of Election Inspector) who would be serving in the forthcoming 2018 Barangay and SK Election. It would happen on May 14, 2018 nationwide. School heads, BEI members or COMELEC personnel is not authorized to alter this official assignment list of BEI nor permitted to replace or change the name of assigned BEI without notification to the Public Schools District Supervisor.

Prof. Albert M. Santoli Sends Cartoons of AAI Books to ISD

Here came again the newly-delivered assorted books from West Virginia, USA. AAI (Asia America Initiative) led by President, Prof. Albert M. Santoli sent this for those recipients labeled on the cartoons. The books reached the Indanan South District Office thru the efforts of Sharifa Mharrojheanne A. Alih, AAI District Coordinator.

Format of Travel Order

This format was designed by DepED-Sulu Division Office for  any personnel who would be officially permitted to go on travel. Usually, reimbursement in any seminars or workshop needs Travel Order from the head of the office or agency where the participant is publicly hired or paid.

ISD Tennis Players Girls are on the Way to ARMMAA 2018

Two Tennis Players Girls and thier Coach, Karna H. Abdusaid, Teacher I of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, Indanan South District were on their way to Upi, Maguindanao where the ARMMAA 2018 would be held. They were Czariza N. Jadjuli and Duresa H. Abdusaid. Both tennis players came from Kasambuhan Village Elementary School. They had been joining the 28th Regional Camporee before they proceeded to the ARMMAA 2018.

NAT Result For Grade 3 and Grade 6 in Various School Years

This NAT (National Achievement Test) result was furnished by the DepED-Sulu Division Office through Record Section. It was from the file of Dr. Joel A. Alamia, Education Program Supervisor for Bahasa Sug Mother Tongue kept in USB (Universal Serial Box). This file contained results for Grade 3 and Grade 6 taken in the different school years.

When ISD GSP Goes for Additional Tour

The 28th Regional Encampment ended last February 11, 2018. There six girls scout from Indanan South District left when two of them proceeded to Upi, Maguindanao where the 2018 ARMMAA was held. The GSP members were tennis players to represent DepED-Sulu Division in the ARMMAA. The principal of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, Nur-aisha A. Gonzales fetched the six remaining girls scout plus the two troop leaders for additional tour somewhere in Zamobanga City.

Election Officer III of the COMELEC Office Directs Supersam to Appoint and Submit the List of BEI

Indanan South District was in receipt of Official Letter from the Office of the COMELEC last February 8, 2018. Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III and designated as Caretaker of the ISD for and in the absence of Public Schools District Supervisor received the said letter before he called on Supermoore.

Prof. Albert M. Santoli Recognizes First-to-Submit-First-Serve Basis for Continuous SMFP

Prof. Albert M. Santol: Please review this feeding assessment form for all 1 School - 1 Family ISD schools should fill before we go into tage 2 of the program, next week InshaAllah.  Your guidance is appreciated. After we have an agreement with Super Sam that this is a good and appropriate assessment questionaire, then each AAI feeding funds receipient please fill the form and send back to me individually and keep a master copy of everything at ISD for our further documentation of importance of proper nutrition for the kids.  Then I can move forward with funds for feeding for next week until final exams in march.  I am budgeting the "sliding scale" of cosats now for what AAI can afford.  But we stay with "1 SChool -- 1 Family" Methodology so all kids can eat with equal access to lunch.

10th Western Mindanao Regional Boy Scout Jamboree Will Be at Zamboanga Sibugay, February 28, 2018

Salip Bensal A. Buttongah, OIC Council Scout Executive of Sulu Provincial Boys Scout sent Memorandum No. 03 s. 2018 dated Feburay 7, 2018 to Supersam via Facebook chat or messenger. The Memorandum stated the 10th Western Mindanao Regional Boys Scout Jamboree that will be held at Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay from February 28-March 4, 2018. 

2nd Place in GSP Got Talent Goes to ISD GSP in the 28th Regional Encampment

One of the activities undertaken during the 28th Regional Encampment for Girls Scout of the Philippines was the GSP Got Talent. 2nd Place GSP Got Talent went to GSP from Indanan South District composed of eight (8) participants, six (6) from Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, one (1) from Panglima Ahajan Elementary School and one (1) from Panglima Mammah Elementary School under the two (2) Troop Leaders, Hja. Berlinda B. Gulam of Kasambuhan Village Elementary School and Ms. Marites H. Madjirul of Panglima Ahajan Elementary School.

In DepED especially Indanan South District, ENDORSEMENT is a formal written written communication prepared by school head, the so-called 1st Endorsement. School head should construct 1st Endorsement and place over the communication of certain teacher or personnel who intends for any application or request from the higher authority like Schools Division Superintendent.

What to Do if Dell Laptop Cannot Be Turned on

Model 2017 64-Bit Dell Laptop with 4GB RAM and 500 DDR belonged to Cmdr. H-man, TIC of Panglima Misuari Primary School, Indanan South District, Indanan, Sulu. Cmdr. H-man just bought his Dell last February 7, 2017 in the afternoon. Lennin Store, Zamboanga City where Cmdr. H-man purchased the laptop installed all the applications and program with Windows 10 until 4:30 in the afternon except Snipped Tool, Microsoft Picture Manager and other third-party apps.

As Cmdr. H-man arrived home, he automatically put the gadget out of the cartoon pack and cellophane. He also unpacked the mouse with wheel and USB cable wire. He turned the power on after looking for it in some minutes. Supersam assisted him connecting to homemade internet through Globe Wimax. Later, the unit was already connected with Wimax at Supersam's Residence. Cmdr. H-man opened Google Chrome Browser where he logged in his Facebook account and email add. He browsed the Facebook almost for 3 hours when a better half of Supermoore began calling them for supper. Thus, Cmdr. H-man left his Dell on in a Facebook mode inside Google Chrome Browser. After eating, he faced before the 40-inch LED TV watching some movie of Bruce Willis until  he forgot his online Facebook in his Dell. Luckily, Supermoore reminded him his on-lined newly-purchased Dell.

When Cmdr. H-man returned to his gadget, he saw the screen in a totally-black LCD over its pack. He began to drag the mouse but it did not show light over the screen. He started telling Supersam what happened to the unit. Supersam replied to move the mouse that he already did. He brought the gadget to Supersam. Supersam tried to press the power button but it did no effect at all. Supersam uttered that the unit should be brought back to Lennin for inspection in the following day. He told Cmdr. H-man to pack well the gadget in the same cartoon box. However, Supermoore remembered what he always would do when some trouble occurred. He used to search in Google Search Bar. These are what he did:

1. Type 'Why Dell Laptop would not turn on by pressing the power button?' in the Google Search Bar.
2. He looked at the nearest title to what he encoded shown by the Google Search.
3. He clicked the Yahoo Answers Website.
4. He read Yahoo Answers.com
5. He followed the following instructions

• Take out the battery for some minutes.
• Put again the battery into the laptop.
• Press the 'power button'.

      6. Supersam tried to put again the battery of the Dell.

      7. He pressed the 'power button'.

Alhamdulillah, the LCD of the Dell Laptop began to shine. It was on.

105th ISDian-American Scouts Anniversary Happens in Timbanga ES

First ISDian-American Scouts Anniversary was commemorated in Timbangan Elementary School, Timbangan, Indanan, Sulu last January 31, 2018. The commemoration was graced with the Sacred Lunch offered by Prof. Albert M. Santoli, President of the Asia America Initiative. There were 165 Boys Scout and 226 Girls Scout solemnly took the lunch in the last day of the 3-Day District Camporee which was also firstly conducted in Indanan South District.
