Last third week of November, 2016, Sharifa, ISD AAI Coordinator updated PSDS Moore that Prof. Albert M. Santoli sent cash financial assistance worth P 40, 000.00 intended for first aid medicines of the 18 schools in Indanan South District enumerated below.

PSDS Moore delayed to conduct meeting with all the school heads and school nurses due to Joint 111th Indanan Anniversary and DepED-Indanan Palaro 2016. The first aid medicines assistance from Asia America Initiative might have relation to the concern of PSDS Moore posted in FB Web how the athletes would be allocated funds for first aid medicines. Alhamdulillah, out of the financial assistance taken from the Indanan Municipal School Board, P 2, 000.00 was handed over to Hja. Shar-Husna C. Salim, ISD Coordinator on Health and Nutrition at the same time school nurse catering Pasil Elementary School, Sapah Malawm Elementary School, Sapie Primary School and Panglima Misuari Primary School.
Last November 25, 2016, PSDS Moore through the help of Sharifa convened with the school heads and nurses how equal distribution of AAI first aid medicines assistance would be distributed to 18 (ISD-MOBE) schools in Indanan South District. Before the convene, several were in puzzle mode why there was no yet information from Sharifa and PSDS. Alhamdulillah when the ISD AAI Coordinator came into full details before them, clarity began to fill up their thoughts. Puzzlement vanished right away. Appreciation and gratitude inhabited their minds particularly in the adoption of AAI the whole schools of ISD. PSDS Moore decided to give the full responsibility of disposing the financial assistance to ISD Coordinator on Health and Nutrition. However, certain requirements should be followed like the submission of SF4 and the authorized person to receive the funds, the school head or school nurse of the school. The purspose of the requirements were to officially identify the total number of learners actually enrolled in the ISD so that equal distribution of the first aid medicines would be realized. Either school head or school nurse may receive the monetary assistance because there are school nurses of ISD are, most of the time, utilized by the Division Office.
PSDS Moore strictly advised School Nurse Shar-Husna not to allow any recipient schools unless they passed the requirements set. He also sought the advice of Hja. Salim about the conduct of Briefing- Orientation for the Teachers in the Annexes how to use the medicines when needs arise. Likewise, the PSDS appealed before the school heads having none school nurse clinic to construct even shack for the privacy of the school nurses when time would come for the school nurses to conduct health and nutrition activities in their schools.
