MARK to Panhid
PANHID is an official Blogger's Site of Indanan South District. It is a Tausug term which means "mark" in English. It plans to select at least 3 intermediate students from the 18 schools of ISD to play the role of School Organ Writers in preparation for strengthening of campus journalism implementation in every school. The 3 selected SOW should work as a team in coming up with their journals that actually occurred in their schools. Afterwards, they would submit their collaborative works to the ISD ICT Coordinator, Sharifa Mharrojheanne A. Alih, Teacher 1 of Poblacion Elementary School.
MARK shall use L1, L2 and L3 as their medium of
writing. They are required to submit at least one journal every month that
shall be published in this Blogger's Site. Intermediate teachers of every
school will be tapped to guide their MARK with the special participation of
school head. Journal shall be attached with photos and even videos if possible via flash drive (USB). The ISD publisher will allow MARK to use analogue devices for writing such as ballpens, pencils, yellow pad papers and other facilities that may substitute latest technological gadgets.
PANHID came up with the idea to compose MARK through the influence of Langking organized by Alnasvier I. Abduljalil in his Grade 3 classes in Bunot Elementary School headed by Jurmainna H. Hunding, Head Teacher 3. With it, Mrs. Hunding decided to treat Langking as the official publication of Bunot Elementary School maintaining Mr. Abdujalil as the adviser of the SOW (School Organ Writers). Like the photo above, Bunot Elementary School always conducts writing competition to carefully select SOW for the school every year.
SOW of Langking accidentally caught the attention of PSDS Moore and Prof. Albert M. Santoli last September 6-7, 2016. The President of Asia America Initiative (AAI) noticed some group of students from Bunot Elementary Schools following Prof, Santoli and taking pictures every angle where the AAI President took a step in his official visit to ISD Office, Kasambuhan Village Elementary School, Poblacion Elementary School, Pasil Elementary School, Indanan Municipal Office, Bunot Elementary School and even to Notre Dame College where the West Virginian stayed overnight. Nash, the Langking Adviser was also with the team because he is one of the School AAI Coordinators recognized by Prof. Santoli; that's why; Prof. was able to ask him who they (Langking SOW) were.
When AAI President knew very well the SOW of Langking, he asked the Adviser to submit request for better development of Langking SOW. Sharifa updated PSDS Moore that Prof sent some amount for Bunot Elementary School. It was for the purchase of printer, laptop, wi-fi, papers, and other supplies for SOW Langking.
It's the reason why ISD should form MARK to Panhid all the school happenings, for first and foremost, in the Blogger's Site before lifting to a hard copy. Nowadays, Panhid does not actually conduct yet the selection of SOW in 18 schools. It might be in the advent of the coming year 2017. However, PSDS Moore tries now to update ISD valued readers about Panhid.
MARK to Panhid also developed through the idea of Prof. Albert M. Santoli that there should be mini-writers to put into writing all those ISD-MOBE Schools Programs and Projects Implementation in collaboration with Asia America Initiative.
